LOOK at these BEAUTIFUL WINDOWS, ROOF, Fascia, Soffit and Gutters from ZUCCA!!! We are so very happy and pleased with our whole house window, roof, fascia, soffit and gutter replacement. From the very beginning of the process until the final inspection and review we had professional, knowledgeable customer service from Chase and Ryan at Zucca.
Our 33 year old ranch home had very, very rotted windows and a very leaky roof. Both were in desperate need of replacement. Ryan came out to evaluate our needs and carefully measured, checked and rechecked to make sure the order was correct and complete from the beginning of each phase of these 3 projects. The install team worked diligently and carefully with our very large windows and even fabricated and added custom flashing we wanted at the same time. Our roof needed many sheeting replacements and several new vents cut. Our chimney had leaked for years and caused all sorts of roof and window damage which had to be replaced.
Each of these 3 projects; windows, roof, fascia, soffit and gutters were big jobs but the teams from Zucca did a great job and had made our home look brand new and very updated. The end results are absolutely stunning! We are very happy with the team at Zucca and are confident to recommend them as a very skilled team that can absolutely deliver fantastic results! Zucca is and has been amazing. We had a new roof around 3 yrs ago. Just recently we noticed a wet spot on the ceiling around where the fireplace is. When I called them, they had someone out the next day yo inspect it! Originally I was told it would be a couple of weeks for them to get a crew out, however i got a call the next day telling me they had a crew coming that morning. They made the necessary repairs to make it right. We've had several downpours since and thankfully the ceiling has stayed dry. Amazing company and warranty work from everyone there. Highly highly recommend Zucca!!
Top notch service from estimate to completion. Office staff answered questions immediately, never left me waiting. Onsite workers were respectful of property and cleaned up thoroughly. Would highly recommend.
Everyone from the owner to the roofers, were polite, on time, and hardworking. It was fun watching the team as they worked together and employed clever techniques. Before lunch and before leaving, all debris was removed. Other than equipment, couldn't even tell they had been there.
Two character judging opportunies: 1. A small window was broken. When I got home I was directed to it, there were profuse apologies, and a replacement had already been ordered. Two weeks later it was repaired on their dime. 2. After installation, there was an intense storm and a ceiling water stain formed. Within 2 days someone from Zucca came, got on the roof and fixed the problem.
Things will pop up, the Zucca crew's only human, but it is in the handling of issue that the true character of a a business is found. Zucca's character is off the charts. We highly recommend them. May 2025 installation.
